We have been pioneers in the field of services globalization, with a rich legacy of value creation in this space and focus our energies on looking for investment opportunities in Information Technology (ITO), Business Services (BPO), Analytics (KPO) and Engineering Services (ESO). Our broad operating experience and deep knowledge of the Services Globalization landscape enable us to identify and thoroughly assess investment opportunities in this space. We target companies in fast growing and emerging sectors within the services space, and help them reach the next level in terms of the pace of growth and competitive positioning. We also finance the inorganic growth strategies of promising firms and support their capital requirements for acquisitions.
We remain open to opportunities at all stages of maturity of organizations, but prefer to focus on the small and mid sized companies that have not fully tapped the value creation opportunity in the services space, with the intention to fuel their growth plans in various stages of their life cycle.
Our team is led by Avinash Vashistha who has been a leading light in the industry since the globalization wave first hit the Global Services Economy. Tholons Capital leverages the combined experience of the Management Team, which spans more than 200 globalization transactions over the last decade.
